I can’t believe it!!! is one of the EU-State.  That means the visa you get from German Consulate have to be an EU-Visa (Schengen-Visa).

I think the problem is that German Consulate doesn’t want Thai people especially Thai women coming to . The reasons can be the prostitute problem or the problem of work situation in .

Want you can do is the search about your right in EU-state and print out the document to show that people from the Consulate.

I found some information about Schengen Visa. The German Consulate has to prepare the schenken visa for you. They only can prepare the German Visa for you, if you are asking for it.

นี่ถ้าตัวเองมาเยอรมันเนี่ยนะ  ที่สถานทูตเป็นแค่ด่านแรกเท่านั้นนะ ถ้าตัวเองยอมรับไม่ได้ก็อยู่เยอรมันนีลำบากเลยนะเกี่ยวกับการไปติดต่อราชการเขา ที่นี่ยิ่งแย่เข้าไปใหญ่เลยนะเขาถือว่าเราเป็น immigrant อัตฺโนมัตฺเลยนะ  . ยิ่งเป็นผู้หญิงนะยิ่งแย่เข้าไปใหญ่เลยตามอุนตร้าแมนว่าไปนั่นแหละ.
ถ้าเขาบอกว่าขอให้ได้แค่วีซ่าเยอรมันนีก็ทำไปสิตัวเองมาเรียนที่ เยอรมันนีเนี่ย พอมาถึงเยอรมันนีแล้วค่อยไปขอวีซ่าเข้าฝรั่งเศส  ก็เหมือนเดียนนะเวลาอยากไปเที่ยวลอนดอนก็ต้องไปขอวีซ่าเข้าอังกิดอีกที ไม่ต้องไปซีเรียสมากหรอก ค่อยๆทำเป็นขั้นเป็นตอน.ไม่ขอแนะนำให้พิมพ์เกียวกับราบชื่อประเทศเชงเกนให้เจ้าหน้าที่ดู เพราะไม่จำเป็นเขารู้อยู่แล้วอาจจะเป็นเหตูผลบางประการที่เขาไม่สามารถทำให้ได้ และถ้าคุณได้วีซ่าของเยอรมานะก็เหมืนกับได้ใบเบิกทางแล้ว คือไปขอประเทศฝรั่งก็จะไม่ยุ่งยากต่อไป  โชคดีจ๋ะ

ich lebe seit über 6 jahren in deutschland und muss sagen, dass ich noch nie problem mit der deutsche behörde gehabt habe.. deine probleme ist nicht schwer zu verstehen..

kommt erstmal nach deutschland und das problem lässt sich bestimmt leicht behoben, als du denkst..

i remember that the first time given visa for Germany is valid for 3 months .... with these i went to Germany like other friends i know .... and after then we have to do extension for it, it s usually fine done if you have all stuffs needed like paper from your language school or from university to show what you are going to do here in Germany ....

The first visa i got does not look like the next given visas and it s not allowed you going aboard during first 3 months , but after staying here 3 months with succesfull vias extension you ll get the new one with red color, with these you can go to France to visit your brother or other where else .....

But i m not sure if there are any rules changed because the story i told you is getting 8 years old soon .... so don t give up your willing the last thing to do is figthing with all reason you can find and at the end you ll leave the people out of your mind who were not polite to you .... cheerful

If you go to Germany to study, u have to apply for a student visa not Schengen. The visa is valid for 3 months and that you have to go to the registration office in your city to extend it.
